应用型计算机类专业“教学服务超市”人才培养模式

A Teaching Service Supermarket Mode of Applied Computer Engineering Education

培养人才是高校的基本任务。围绕应用型地方本科高校高素质人才培养,根据计算机类人才培养特点,把学校作为“超市”,教师作为“服务员”,为学生“顾客”提供课程及其它创新实践活动“商品”,构建基于“教学服务超市”的应用型人才培养模式,为学生提供个性化的职业教学服务。实践证明,该培养模式效果很好,人才培养质量得到了显著提升,适宜在应用型本科院校计算机专业实施。

Student education is the basic task of colleges and universities.It is the key work of our college to cultivate computer engi?neers who are expected to meet the needs of society and enterprises.This paper focuses on the education of high-quality students in ap?plied computer engineering.According to the growing path of computer students,we regard the college as a"supermarket",teachers as"waiters".The courses and other innovative practical activities as"commodities"for"customers"are provided by the"supermarket".We have established a teaching service supermarket mode of applied computer engineering education which provides students with per?sonalized teaching service for their individual careers.As a result,this mode has obtained better rewards than before.The education quality of graduates has been significantly improved.We have proved that our mode is more suitable for the applied computer engineer?ing education in colleges.
