本文主要以企业知识产权创新保护的专利权体系建设为论点,按照自上而下的顺序,从企业战略领域的专利规划、企业经营领域的专利管理、企业技术领域的专利实现三个层面进行了剖析。然后分别论述了电力企业战略领域的领先、跟随、竞争专利策略。以实际行业案例为佐证,论述了企业经营领域将创新结构化管理的必要性。在技术领域,以行业标杆企业的专利保护方法,提出了建立专利网络的整体思路。最后,综合论述了如何在三个层面建立一个具有统一和联系的电力知识产权创新保护的专利体系,并预测行业未来知识产权创新保护发展的趋势,以及需要解决的问题。

This paper mainly discusses the construction of patent rights system for enterprise intellectual property innovation protection.In accordance with the order from top to bottom,makes an analysis from three levels:patent planning in the strategic field of enterprises,patent management in the field of enterprise management,and patent implementation in the field of enterprise technology.Then it discusses the leading,following and competitive patent strategies in the development strategy of power companies.Based on the actual industry case,it discusses the necessity of innovative structural management in the fi eld of business management.In the technical fi eld,the overall idea of establishing a patent network is proposed by the patent protection method of industry benchmark enterprises.Finally,it comprehensively discusses how to establish a patent system with unifi ed and connected power intellectual property innovation protection at three levels,and predict the future development trend of intellectual property innovation protection in the industry,as well as the problems that need to be solved.
