摘要
工业是我国迈进“知识产权强国”的重要驱动力。为了更好评估工业知识产权工作,有必要对各行业知识产权实力进行系统的评价。本文通过文献调研和专家咨询,重点关注《中国科技统计年鉴》和《工业企业科技活动统计年鉴》的统计指标,构建了一套科学可行的工业行业知识产权实力评价指标体系。采用主成分分析法对20个工业行业的知识产权实力进行了实证研究,在分析结果的基础上,给出了提升知识产权实力的建议。
Industry is an important driving force for China to become a strong intellectual property country.In order to better evaluate the work of industrial intellectual property rights,it is necessary to systematically evaluate the strength of intellectual property rights in various industries.Through literature research and expert consultation,this paper focuses on the statistical indicators of"China Science and Technology Statistical Yearbook"and"Industrial Enterprise Science and Technology Activities Statistical Yearbook",and constructs a scientifi c and feasible evaluation index system for intellectual property strength of industrial industry.Empirical research on intellectual property strength of 20 industrial industries is carried out by using principal component analysis method.Based on the analysis of the results,suggestions are given to enhance the intellectual property strength.
