卓越教师培养背景下教育实习管理制度改进的审思 被引量:2

摘要 2018年,教育部发布了升级实施卓越教师培养计划的2.0版,提出了经过五年左右的努力使实践教学质量显著提高的目标要求。实现这个目标应紧盯当下教育实习管理制度存在的问题。卓越教师培养背景下思考教育实习管理制度的改进,应当从强化规范与保障自由两方面去理解。在对新制度建设的可能性有充分自信的同时,又必须对其内在限度和外部制约有充分的自觉。 In 2018, the Ministry of Education released the 2.0 version of Excellent Teacher Training Program to upgrade its implementation, in which it proposed the goal of improving the quality of practice teaching in the next five years, and paying close attention to the existing problems in the current educational internship management system. Considering the improvement of educational internship management system in the background of Excellent Teacher Training, we should understand it from the two aspects of strengthening norms and guaranteeing freedom. While having full confidence in the possibility of the new system construction, we must have full consciousness of its internal limits and external constraints.
