育龄期多囊卵巢综合征患者健康相关生活质量现状分析

Current status of health-related quality of life in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome at childbearing age

目的了解育龄期多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者健康相关生活质量现状并分析其影响因素。方法选取2018年10月至2019年3月在本院生殖医学中心初次就诊的育龄期122例PCOS患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、中文版健康相关生活质量量表(PCOSQ)对入选患者进行问卷调查,观察患者健康相关生活质量总分及情绪、体毛、体重、不孕、月经问题共5个维度的均分;对患者健康相关生活质量得分进行单因素分析;以健康相关生活质量总得分为因变量,将经单因素分析有统计学意义的变量作为自变量进行多元逐步线性回归分析。结果122例患者健康相关生活质量总分为(113.36±28.07)分,维度均分为(4.36±1.08)分;维度均分得分指标由低到高依次为:不孕问题、体重问题、情绪问题、月经问题、体毛问题。多元线性逐步回归分析显示:患者体重指数(BMI)、月经紊乱年限、是否多毛、有无黑棘皮症是育龄期PCOS患者健康相关生活质量的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论育龄期PCOS患者健康相关生活质量水平有待提高,尤其体现在不孕问题导致的生活质量受损上;患者BMI、月经紊乱年限、是否多毛及有无黑棘皮症是影响其生活质量的主要因素。

Objective:To investigate current status and influence factors of health-related quality of life among the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)at childbearing age.Methods:A total of 122 PCOS patients at childbearing age were investigated with General Information Questionnaire and Health-Related Quality-of-Life Questionnaire(PCOSQ).The total score of health-related quality of life and the average score of five dimensions(emotions,body hair,weight,infertility and menstrual problems)were surveyed.Univariate analysis was used to analyze total score of health-related quality of life among the patients.Then the multiple linear regression analysis was carried out with the total score of health-related quality of life as the dependent variable and the single meaningful factor as the independent variable.Results:The total score of the PCOSQ was(113.36±28.07),and the dimensional average score was(4.36±1.08).The dimensional average score from low to high were infertility,weight,emotions,menstrual problems and body hair.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that BMI,duration of menstrual disorder,hirsutism and acanthosis nigricans were the main influence factors of health-related quality of life in PCOS patients at childbearing age(P<0.05).Conclusions:The health-related quality of life of PCOS patients at childbearing age needs to be improved,especially the infertility problem which leads to impaired quality of life.The BMI,duration of menstrual disorder,existing hirsutism and acanthosis nigricans affect the quality of life of PCOS patients.
