依普沙坦对中青年高血压患者肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统的影响

Effect of Eprosartan on renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system in young and middle-aged patients with hypertension

目的探讨依普沙坦对中青年高血压患者肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)的影响。方法选取本院收治的90例中青年高血压患者,随机分为2组各45例。对照组予以氨氯地平治疗,观察组在此基础上加用依普沙坦治疗,治疗后比较两组血液流变学指标、血脂水平、血压水平、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、血浆肾素(PRA)、醛固酮(ALD)水平以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度、全血黏度、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、AngⅡ、PRA、ALD水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度、全血黏度、TC、TG、LDL-C、DBP、SBP、AngⅡ、PRA、ALD水平均降低,且观察组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未发生出血、肝、肾功能损伤等不良反应。结论对中青年高血压患者采用依普沙坦治疗,可改善肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统活性,改善血液流变学指标,降低血脂、血压水平,且具有良好的安全性。

Objective To explore the effect of Eprosartan on the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS)in young and middle-aged hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 90 middle-aged and young patients with hypertension who had been admitted to the Hospital for treatment between May 2017 and May 2019 were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Amlodipine,and the observation group was treated with Amlodipine combined with Eprosartan.After treatment,the blood rheology index,the levels of blood lipid,blood pressure,angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ),Plasma renin(PRA)and aldosterone(ALD),and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the comparison of fibrinogen,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),AngⅡ,PRA,and ALD showed no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,however,the levels of fibrinogen,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,TC,TG,LDL-C,DBP,SBP,AngⅡ,PRA,and ALD were reduced in both groups,with those in the observation group shown to be lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions such as hemorrhage,liver and kidney function damage during the treatment.ConclusionFor young and middle-aged patients with hypertension,Eprosartan is with great safety,which can help improve the activity of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system and their blood rheology,lower the levels of blood lipid and blood pressure.
