SIRT1因子对延缓卵巢衰老的相关研究进展

摘要 随着婚育年龄的普遍错后和二胎政策的放开,卵巢储备功能下降(DOR)成为影响不孕的重要因素之一。虽然卵巢衰老是一个不可逆的生命状态,但研究发现,SIRT家族在衰老方面有着重要的调控作用,可延缓卵巢衰老,其中,比较明显的是长寿基因SIRT1,近几年研究者们热于研究其调控细胞凋亡及其和卵巢的相关性。本文综述了SIRT1的生物学活性和调控衰老的机制及其与DOR的相关研究。 With the delaying of marriage and procreation age and the opening of two foetuses policy,ovarian reserve function decrease has become one of the important factors that affect the infertility.Although ovarian aging is an irreversible state of life,the researches found that SIRT family palys an important regulation role in aging,which can delay ovarian aging,in which,SIRT1 is more obvious.In recent years the researchers pay much attention to studying the regulation of cell apoptosis and its correlation with ovaries.This article reviews the biological activity of SIRT1,the mechanism of regulating senescence and the related researches about the correlation between SIRT1 and DOR.
