废旧橡胶颗粒再生骨料对SCC50性能的影响研究 被引量:7

摘要 废旧轮胎传统销毁方式和堆积处理会严重污染环境,将其磨碎筛分加入混凝土中配制成橡胶混凝土,可以提高混凝土的耐久性,如抗冻性能、韧性,既环保又经济。以SCC50(强度等级为C50的自密实混凝土)为研究对象,研究单掺和复掺不同粒径(1~3 mm、2~4 mm)和不同掺量橡胶颗粒等体积取代砂对混凝土工作性和强度的影响,同时获取SCRC的最佳配合比。结果表明:橡胶颗粒等体积取代量在0%~15%时,粒径1~3 mm坍落扩展度介于668~685 mm,粒径2~4 mm坍落扩展度介于668~706 mm,坍落扩展度增大且无离析泌水现象,表明掺入橡胶颗粒可以提高新拌SCC工作性;当橡胶颗粒体积含量达到20%时,坍落扩展度突然下降,粒径1~3 mm的下降到640 mm,粒径2~4 mm的下降到670 mm,对SCC工作性能产生很大的影响。本文的研究为废旧轮胎胶粒在工程建设中的推广应用提供一定的科学指导,且具有环境保护和资源再生利用的积极意义。 The traditional destruction method and accumulation treatment of wasted tires will seriously pollute the environment.But they are environmentally-friendly and economical when grinded,sieved and added into the concrete to form rubber concrete.It not only improves the utilization rate of used rubber tires,but also improves the durability of concrete such as frost resistance and toughness.In this paper,SCC50(Self-compacting concrete with a strength class of C50)was used as the research object to study the effects of single-mixed and complex-doped different particle size(1~3 mm,2~4 mm)and different volume of rubber particles on the workability and strength of concrete,and the best material partition of SCRC was obtained.The results showed:when the volume substitution of rubber particles is between 0%and 15%,the particle size of 1~3 mm had a slump spread of 668-685mm,and the particle size of 2~4 mm had a degree of slump of 668~706 mm;the slump expansion degree was increased and there was no segregation and bleeding phenomenon,which indicated that the rubber particles could be added to improve the workability of fresh SCC50.When the rubber particle content reached 20%,the slump expansion degree suddenly decreased,and the particle size was 1~3 mm,which dropped to 640 mm,and the particle size of 2~4 mm dropped to 670 mm,which had a great impact on the performance of SCC50.It will provide certain scientific guidance for the promotion and application of waste rubber particles in engineering construction,and have the positive significance of environmental protection and resource recycling.
