摘要
考虑回收再制造过程中回收质量的不确定性,通过对比不同专利许可策略下制造商的最优利润,分析制造商的最优专利许可策略,并结合数值算例分析了模型中的回收质量对均衡解及相关决策的影响。研究结果表明:再制造商回收时存在最佳回收质量;原始制造商选择何种专利许可策略存在临界值,且该临界值在最佳回收质量处达到最大;从环境绩效和消费者利益的角度分析,固定费用专利许可策略下再制造商以最佳回收质量进行回收再制造的闭环供应链最优。
In consideration of the uncertainty of recycling quality in the process of recycling and remanufacturing,the optimal patent licensing strategy of manufacturers is analyzed by comparing the optimal profit brought about by different patent licensing strategies.Besides,the influence of recycling quality in the model on equilibrium solutions and relevant policies is analyzed in combination with numerical examples.The research indicates that the optimal recycling quality exists in remanufacturers’recycling;a critical value exists in original manufacturers’choice of patent licensing strategy,and the critical value peaks at the optimal recycling quality;when analyzing from the perspective of environmental performance and consumers’interests,the closed-loop supply chain recycled and remanufactured by remanufacturers with the optimal recycling quality in fixed-fee licensing strategy is optimal.
