BIM技术在北京大兴国际机场东航维修机库中的应用 被引量:8

Application of BIM information technology in maintenance hangar of China eastern airlines at Beijing Daxing International Airport

摘要 随着信息技术的蓬勃发展,信息化管理越来越受到建筑行业的青睐,具备多维度工程信息数据的BIM技术就得到了业界的广泛认可。由于工程建设的复杂性,信息数据是影响整个工程管理的重要因素,但是传统的工作方法不能满足建筑工程对数据的协同要求。BIM作为虚拟的建筑工程三维信息载体,其利用数字化技术,为工程设计、工程建造提供完整的数据库,从而实现工程信息化管理。本文以北京大兴国际机场东航维修机库建设过程中BIM应用为例,阐述东航投资以业主方的管理角度对一项大型工程开展基于BIM技术的项目管理工作,全面提升工程质量,确保施工安全与工程进度。 With the vigorous development of information technology and the emergence of new ideas of intelligent construction,information management is becoming more and more popular in the construction industry. BIM technology with multi-dimensional engineering information data has been widely recognized by the industry.Because of the complexity of engineering construction,information data is an important factor affecting the whole project management,but the traditional working methods can not meet the requirements of data collaboration in construction projects. BIM,as a virtual three-dimensional information carrier of construction engineering,provides a complete database for engineering construction by using digital technology,thus realizing engineering information management. Taking the BIM application in the maintenance hangar of Beijing Daxing International Airport as an example,the application and significance of BIM technology in three-dimensional design,engineering data analysis and field management and control in the field of aviation real estate construction and management are introduced.
