产学融合2.0模式下的人才能力提升探索——基于三实APEX方法的案例分析 被引量:4

摘要 新科技推动下的新经济转型使人才需求呈现5i特征,对高校人才培养提出了新挑战。传统校企合作模式无法解决相对慢的教育人才培养体系更新与相对快的产业迭代之间的矛盾,使得产学融合流于形式。基于慧科产学融合探索提出的产学融合2.0模式,通过引入平台型教育企业,连接教育供给侧与需求侧,使产业人才需求贯通学校人才培养源头,是实现产教融合的有效路径。案例验证了新模式下的基于实践训练能力提升的三实(APEX)训练法的有效性。 New economy transformation driven by new technology brings new challenges to talent training in universities and colleges. The traditional cooperation model between enterprises and institutions is unable to solve the contradiction between the talent training system with slow development and the requirements of industries which are experiencing rapid development. Based on the exploration conducted by Huike Group on industry-education integration, this paper puts forward the industry-education integration model 2.0. Industries and education can be highly integrated by introducing educational enterprises with platforms and connecting educational supply side with demand side. Then this paper further explores the APEX method which can improve students’ practice ability in the new framework. The case study has proved that this model is effective.
