大数据时代本科教学评估数据治理:逻辑与路向 被引量:9

Data Governance of Undergraduate Teaching Evaluation in Big Data Era: Logic and Direction

摘要 数据是国家基础性战略资源,数据是评估价值判断的重要依据,本科教学评估实践中产生了海量数据,但存在评估数据治理理念滞后、治理技术滞后、治理标准不统一、治理机制运行不畅、数据安全防范不力等问题。需要厘清本科教学评估数据治理的理念逻辑、流程逻辑、技术逻辑和标准逻辑,从理念、技术、标准、机制和安全等方面进行治理,发挥本科教学评估数据服务创新和价值增值作用。 In the era of big data, data is not only the national basic strategic resource, but also the important basis for value judgment. Though the undergraduate teaching evaluation has produced massive data in practice, there are still some problems, such as backward evaluation data governance concept, backward governance technology, inconsistent governance standards, poor operation of governance mechanism and ineffective data security. Hence, it is necessary to clarify the concept logic, process logic, technical logic and standard logic of undergraduate teaching evaluation data governance. The undergraduate teaching evaluation data should be governed in terms of concept, technology, standard, mechanism and safety to give full play to the innovation of undergraduate teaching evaluation data service.
