摘要
教研员区域信息化教学引领力发展对于区域信息化教学推广具有重要作用。该研究在剖析目前教研员专业发展困境与区域信息化教学特征的基础上,提出了促进其专业发展的U-D-S-P路径。结合教研员在区域信息化教学推广中的角色定位与专业成长互动特征,对U-D-S-P路径助推其专业成长的价值与相应策略进行了分析阐述,以期为教研员信息化能力建设及其引领的区域教育信息化发展提供思路。
The development of teaching and research staff leadership about ICT-Based instructionis of great value to the diffusion of regional.Based on the analysis of the teaching and research staff professional development,in accordance with the characteristics of informationization teaching in regions,this paper puts forward a U-D-S-P path to promote its professional development.Combined with the roles and interaction character of teaching and research staff,this paper analyses the value and strategies to promote its professional development in the informationization teaching in regions.According to this study,it attempts to provide a new thinking and practice method to promote informationization teaching in regions by means of teaching and research staff professional development.
