摘要
智能截瘫行走矫形器即截瘫行走机器人,是一种基于行走机器人技术的特殊功能性智能行走辅具,主要辅助脊髓损伤患者完成站立、行走和上下楼梯。分析了目前国内外截瘫行走机器人研究进展及代表性研究成果,总结了其基本构件、技术特征及存在的问题,展望了未来发展趋势。
The paraplegic walking orthosis is a kind of orthosis being used to assist the paraplegic patients standing and walking. The intelligent paraplegic walking orthosis is a special functional intelligent walking accessory based on the walking robot technology. A combination of the robotics, the biology, and the rehabilitation engineering assists the patients with the thoracolumbar spinal cord injury to stand, walk, and climb stairs like the normal people. This paper reviews the research progress and the representative research results of the paraplegic walking robot at home and abroad, including its basic components, technical characteristics and existing problems, as well as its future development.
