DHA藻油与阿尔茨海默病相关性研究

Correlation of DHA algal oil and Alzheimer’s disease

通过检测SD大鼠脑组织乙酰胆碱水平,研究DHA藻油与阿尔茨海默病的相关性。将DHA藻油、微生物ARA油与花生营养调和油调配后给SD大鼠灌胃,灌胃剂量3 mL/d,饲养8周后,处死测其脑组织的乙酰胆碱水平。结果表明:阴性对照组(花生营养调和油)、阳性对照组(含纯DHA 500 mg、纯ARA 200 mg的调配油)、治疗高剂量组(含纯DHA 400 mg、纯ARA 200 mg的调配油)、治疗中剂量组(含纯DHA 300 mg、纯ARA 200 mg的调配油)、治疗低剂量组(含纯DHA 200 mg、纯ARA 200 mg的调配油)饲养SD大鼠脑组织的乙酰胆碱水平分别为(29.47±5.05)、(159.05±13.41)、(121.70±15.07)、(86.83±9.86)、(58.10±9.17)μg/mg,各治疗组与阴、阳性对照组比较差异极显著(P<0.01)。DHA藻油含量越高,SD大鼠脑组织乙酰胆碱的活性越强,说明DHA藻油可以缓解阿尔茨海默病症状。

The correlation of DHA algal oil and Alzheimer’s disease was studied by detecting acetylcholine level in brain tissue of SD rats. DHA algal oil, microbial ARA oil and peanut nutrition blend oil were blended and fed to SD rats at a dose of 3 mL/d. After eight weeks of feeding, the acetylcholine level in brain tissue of SD rats was measured. The results showed that acetylcholine levels in brain tissue of SD rats fed with negative control group(peanut nutrition blend oil), positive control group(blend oil containing pure DHA 500 mg and pure ARA 200 mg), treatment high dose group(blend oil containing pure DHA 400 mg and pure ARA 200 mg), treatment medium dose group(blend oil containing pure DHA 300 mg and pure ARA 200 mg), treatment low dose group(blend oil containing pure DHA 200 mg and pure ARA 200 mg) were(29.47±5.05),(159.05±13.41),(121.70±15.07),(86.83±9.86),(58.10±9.17) μg/mg respectively. The differences between the treatment groups and the negative control group and positive control group were very significant(P<0.01). The higher the DHA algal oil content, the stronger the acetylcholine activity in brain tissue of SD rats, indicating that DHA algal oil could relieve the symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease.
