调控苯丙烷类生物合成的MYB类转录因子研究进展 被引量:23

摘要 大多数植物的次级代谢产物来源于苯丙烷代谢途径,苯丙烷类化合物对植物的生长发育及应答逆境胁迫有重要作用,同时与人们的生产生活密切相关。随着大量有生物活性苯丙烷类化合物的发现,苯丙烷类生物合成及调控已成为研究热点。目前从植物中已分离出大量的调控木质素、类黄酮、花青素合成的转录因子基因,并对它们的结构、功能及表达模式进行了分析研究;同时发现一些转录因子结合相应顺式作用元件,特异性调控苯丙烷代谢途径相关基因的表达,从而增强植物对环境胁迫的抗性,本文为研究MYB转录因子对苯丙烷类的调控规律提供理论参考。 Most secondary metabolites of plants come from phenylpropanoids metabolism pathway.Phenylpropanoids play important roles in growth and development of plants,response to adversity stress and are closely related to people’s production and life.With the discovery of a large number of valuable phenylpropanoids,the biosynthesis and regulation of phenylpropanoids have become research hotspots.At present,a large number of transcription factor genes regulating lignin,flavonoids and anthocyanin synthesis have been isolated from plants and their structures,functions and expression patterns have been analyzed and studied.At the same time,it has been found that some transcription factors combined with cis-acting elements,and specifically regulated the expression of genes related to phenylpropanoids metabolism pathway,are enhancing plant resistance to environmental stress.These provide theoretical references for studying the regulation of phenylpropanoids by MYB transcription factors.
