C6F12O对锂离子电池排出气体火焰的抑制效能研究 被引量:5

Study on the Performance of C6F12O in Suppressing Venting Gas Flames of Lithium-ion Cells

摘要 通过实验和数值模拟的方法研究了添加C6F12O对锂离子电池发生热失控后的排出气体/空气预混火焰的影响。在常温常压下,利用本生火焰装置测试了一定当量比范围的甲烷/空气和排出气/空气预混火焰在不同C6F12O添加量条件下的火焰速度。通过包含燃料燃烧和C6F12O热分解的动力学机理模型进行数值模拟并与实验测试的火焰速度进行比较,结果表明在C6F12O添加量较低的贫燃侧,层流火焰速度趋势具有良好的一致性。尽管燃料类型不同,C6F12O在化学当量以及富燃侧的抑制效能明显优于贫燃侧,并且相比于纯甲烷,C6F12O更适用于抑制排出气体/空气预混火焰。 The effects of C6F12O addition on the venting gas/air premixed flame of lithium-ion cells after thermal runaway were studied experimentally and numerically.The laminar flame speeds of methane/air and venting gas/air premixed flames with different C6F12O additions were measured by Bunsen burner at standard conditions.A comprehensive mechanism contained hydrogen hydrocarbon combustion,fluorocarbon flame suppression and C6F12O flame decomposition was used for comparing the laminar flame speeds with experimental values.Results showed that the laminar flame speed had a good consistency on the lean-flames with a lower C6F12O addition.The inhibition efficiency of C6F12O on stoichiometry and rich-flames was obviously better than that on lean-flames whatever the fuel type,and C6F12O is more suitable for suppressing venting gas/air premixed flame compared of methane.
