教育正义与学校良善生活的构建 被引量:4

Education Justice and the Construction of Good School Life

摘要 启蒙的理想是使人过上一种有尊严的良善生活。然而,当前部分学校的生活未能实现一种良善状态,面临一种过于关注效率与强调控制的不义困境。合乎正义的良善学校生活是一种人性化、良序化与教育性的生活,是每一位学生都能获得多方面发展并感受到普遍尊重与承认的生活。若要形成这种良善生活,学校就要实现一种合乎正义的良序善治,以人性逻辑取代物性逻辑,尊重并理解学生独特的个体性与丰富的多样性;以引导规范取代强制管束,引导并鼓励学生关注群体生活的公共性与共通性;以尊重承认取代羞辱排斥,重视并赞许学生那些出于审慎思考的理性行为。 The idea of Enlightenment is to make the person to live the good dignified life. However, school life at some schools isn’t good, confronting the problems of excessive concern on efficiency and control. The justified school life is the life with humanity, well-ordering and instruction;is the life in which each student could develop comprehensively and experience dignity and respect. To realize such good life, the school should realize the justified well-ordering, replace the physical logic with the logic of humanity, and value and understand the individuality and diversity of each student;should replace the mandatory control with specification, and guide and encourage the students to concern the publicity and intercommunity of socialization;should replace humiliating rejection with respect and acknowledgement, and value and praise the rational behavior based on their contemplation.
