摘要
对"拔尖计划"学生的访谈分析发现,他们对自身拔尖性的认知可分别归为学业成绩优秀、学科兴趣、学术理想三类。在学院制和实体化班级培养模式下,"拔尖计划"学生易将拔尖性简单指向学业成绩优秀,在虚拟班级培养模式下,学生多将拔尖性归结为浓厚的学科兴趣,同时也有少数学生经由探究性学习而深刻感知到学科及学术价值,从而能超越培养环境约束建构起学术理想,这也是多数学生认可的拔尖性的本质。为更好地培养拔尖创新人才,实施"拔尖计划"应进一步深入推进探究性教学模式,帮助学生建构学术理想。
Interviewing the students from the program for cultivating top-notch talents, their cognitions on the program could be divided into such three categories as excellent academic performance, subject interest and academic ideal. Under the cultivation mode of college system and substantialized class, students tended to regard it as excellent academic performance;under the cultivation mode of virtualized class, students mostly defined it as strong subject interest. Meanwhile, a few deeply perceived the subject and academic value through inquiry-based learning, transcended the constraints of institutional environment and constructed academic ideals, which was also recognized by most of them. In order to improve the program, the inquiry-based teaching mode should be implemented to help them construct their academic ideals.
