摘要
英国的学位学徒制是职业主义在高等教育领域迈进的新坐标。"雇主主导、工作本位"的特点使其与高等教育精英传统产生了强烈的冲突,引发了课程权力应坚持学术自由还是雇主主导、治理模式应选择大学自治还是向社会问责妥协、大学使命是引领变革还是顺应产业需求等事关当代高等教育发展的论争。学位学徒制合法性的获得是知识观、学习观、教育体系及社会变革的突出表现,职业主义与精英教育传统可以在高等教育领域以共生和谐的方式共同闪耀光芒。
The degree apprenticeship in England is the new coordinates for vocationalism in higher education. The employer-led and work-based characteristic has caused a strong conflict with the elite tradition of higher education, which has led to such arguments on the curriculum power oriented by academic freedom or employers, the governance mode dominated by academic autonomy or social accountability, and the university mission upheld by leading change or conforming to industry demands. The degree apprenticeship gains its legitimacy from the changing concepts of knowledge, learning, education system and society change. Therefore, vocationalism and the elite education tradition could shine together in the field of higher education.
