从20世纪70年代后期开始,阿拉伯民族主义走过了从体现具体阿拉伯国家利益的阿拉伯国家民族主义加强,导致体现阿拉伯国家团结合作的泛阿拉伯主义衰落,到阿拉伯国家民族主义和泛阿拉伯主义共同衰落的过程。阿拉伯民族主义衰落的原因多样,影响深远。阿拉伯民族主义虽进入低谷,但并未终结,必将经历一个衰落期后走出低谷,进入复兴,这是阿拉伯国家实现安全、稳定、繁荣发展的必由之路。

Since the late 1970s, Arab nationalism has stemmed from Arab state nationalism which embodies specific Arab countries interests, leading to the decline of pan-Arabism which embodies Arab countries unity and cooperation, to the process of the decline of both Arab state nationalism and pan-Arabism together.Its reasons are varied and have a far-reaching influence. However, Arab nationalism has only reached a low point, not the end.It will go through a period of decline and fall and emerge from the low point and enter a period of revival. This is the only way for Arab countries to achieve security, stability, prosperity and development.
