摘要
高质量的融合教育环境对所有幼儿的发展都有积极作用,而教师的专业水平是决定早期教育教学质量和儿童成就的最关键因素。本文通过对美国、英国、澳大利亚、中国的幼儿教师专业标准中融合教育素养的内容进行阐述和分析,概括总结其特点,为我国幼儿教师专业标准的进一步完善和师资培养提供启示和建议。
A high-quality inclusive education environment has a positive effect on all children’s development,and the professional level of teachers is the key factor that determines the quality of early education and children’s achievement.This paper analyzes the inclusive education competencies in the professional standards of preschool teachers in the United States,Britain,Australia and China,generalizes their commonalities and characteristics,with a view to providing inspirations and suggestions to improve the professional standards of preschool teachers in China and the level of teacher training.
