睡眠质量与大学生心理健康的关系:一个有中介的调节模型

The Relationship between Sleep Quality and Mental Health of College Students: A Mediated Moderating Model

为探讨大学生睡眠质量与心理健康之间的关系及其内在机制,本研究考察了网络成瘾在其中的中介作用及幸福倾向的调节作用。研究采用一般健康问卷、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、中文网络成瘾量表和幸福倾向量表对733名大学生进行测试。结果显示:(1)睡眠质量、网络成瘾与心理健康两两之间均显著正相关;(2)睡眠质量对心理健康有直接预测作用,并通过网络成瘾间接影响心理健康;(3)大学生的两种幸福倾向中,意义倾向对睡眠质量与网络成瘾间的关系调节作用不显著,而快乐倾向对睡眠质量与网络成瘾之间的关系具有显著的正向调节作用。因此,网络成瘾在大学生睡眠质量与心理健康之间具有部分中介作用,并且幸福倾向调节睡眠质量与网络成瘾之间的关系,快乐倾向越高的大学生,越容易受到睡眠质量差的影响而沉迷于网络。

This study aimed to explore the relationship between sleep quality and mental health of college students,focusing on the mediating effect of Internet addition and the moderation of orientations to happiness.The General Health Questionnaire,Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Checklist,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,Chinese Internet Addiction Scale(revised version)and Orientations to Happiness Scale were completed by 732 college students.The results showed that:1)sleep quality,Internet addiction,and mental health among college students were significantly and positively correlated with each other;2)sleep quality not only had a direct effect on mental health,but also indirectly affected mental health through the mediating role of Internet addiction;3)hedonic orientation,not eudaimonic orientation,had a significant moderating effect between sleep quality and Internet addiction.So Internet addiction partially mediates the relationship between sleep quality and mental health.The relationship between sleep quality and Internet addition is moderated by orientations to happiness.College students with high hedonic orientation are more vulnerable to negative effect of sleep quality on Internet addition than those with low hedonic orientation.
