摘要
教师精神生活贫乏是目前乡村教育的新困境之一.此研究通过问卷调查法和访谈法,对506位公办园教师和156位民办园教师的精神生活进行分析.研究发现公办园教师在文化生活、心灵生活等多方面体验值显著低于民办园教师,可能是因为学历高度与收入期望不成正比、班级师幼比不合理等.文末针对幼儿教师的内在需求和外部影响因素提出了相应建议.
The lack of teachers’spiritual life is one of the new difficulties in rural education now.This study analyzed the spiritual life of 506 public preschool teachers and 156 private preschool teachers through questionnaire and interview.The results show that the experience value of public preschool teachers is significantly lower than that of private preschool teachers in many aspects,such as cultural life and spiritual life.It may be due to the disproportionate educational background and income expectation,unreasonable teacher-child ratio in classes and so on.There are some suggestions for the internal needs of preschool teachers and the external factors lastly.
