基于数据挖掘技术探讨明代医案中人参配伍药症规律

Study on the Law of Composition and Drug Symptomsof Ginseng in Medical Records of Ming Dynasty Based on Data Mining Technology

目的应用中医传承辅助平台软件,分析明代医案中包含人参方剂的配伍及药症规律。方法按照纳入标准收集7本明代医案中包含人参的医案并录入中医传承辅助平台,采用软件集成的数据挖掘方法,对录入方剂进行性味归经、用药频次、配伍规律以及药症规律统计。结果通过筛选,明代医案中包含人参医案240个,涉及方剂246首,包含药物172味,包含症状245种。其中以温性药、甘味、苦味为主,主入脾、肺、心、胃经;高频药物为人参、白术、甘草、茯苓、陈皮等22味,高频主治症状及舌脉为腹泻、发热、呕吐、弱脉、神疲等27个,高频药物组合为"人参,白术""人参,甘草""人参,茯苓""人参,白术,甘草""人参,陈皮"等20组,高频主治症状、舌脉核心组合为"口干渴,发热""腹泻,发热""濡脉,弱脉""数脉,弦脉""数脉,口干渴"等23组。结论分析明代医案中人参配伍及药症规律,对临床人参的辨证用药具有指导意义。

Objective To analyze the compatibility of ginseng prescription in medical cases of Ming Dynasty by using the software of TCM inheritance assistance platform.Methods According to the inclusion criteria,7 medical cases including ginseng in Ming Dynasty medical cases were collected and recorded on the TCM inheritance support platform.Data mining method was adopted by software integration to record the prescription’s progressive taste and channel,frequency of medication,compatibilit.Results 240 medical cases of ginseng,246 prescriptions,172 drugs and 245 symptoms were selected.Among them,warm drugs,sweet taste,bitter taste mainly into the spleen,lung,heart,stomach meridian.High-frequency medicines are ginseng,atractylodes,radix glycyrrhizae,poria cocos,dried tangerine or orange peel,such as 22 flavour.The main symptoms were diarrhea,fever,vomiting,weak pulse,god weakness,such as 27.The high-frequency drug is combined into 20 groups of"ginseng,largehead atractylodes rhizome","ginseng,liquorice root","ginseng,poria cocos""ginseng,liquorice root,licorice root","ginseng,dried tangerine or orange peel".High-frequency attending symptoms,tongue veins core combination into 20 groups of"dry mouth,thirst,fever","diarrhea,fever","soft pulse,weak pulse","rapid pulse,stringy pulse"rapid pulse,dry mouth,thirst".Conclusion The analysis of ginseng compatibility in medical cases of the Ming Dynasty and the law of drug syndrome are of guiding significance for clinical ginseng syndrome differentiation.
