中医结合细胞自噬治疗原发性肝癌研究进展

Advances in the Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer by Chinese Medicine Combined with Autophagy

中医治疗原发性肝癌以"扶正固本"和"祛邪"为原则,调和阴阳,创立了健脾、化瘀等治法,在提高患者生活质量,缓解痛苦,减轻术后不良反应方面具有很好的临床疗效。细胞自噬是广泛存在于真核细胞中的一种自我保护机制。研究表明,其对肿瘤细胞的生长与凋亡具有双重调节作用,这与阴阳的制约互用关系极其相似。肝癌发生时,往往伴随细胞自噬的失调,说明中医治疗肝癌的机制与调节细胞自噬水平相关。结合细胞自噬,为深入探讨中医药治疗肝癌的微观机制开拓新的思路。

Studies have shown that it has a dual regulation effect on tumor cell growth and apoptosis, which is very similar to the yin-yang restriction interaction. When liver cancer occurs, it is often accompanied by the disorder of autophagy, which indicates that the mechanism of TCM treatment of liver cancer is likely to be related to the regulation of autophagy. Combined with autophagy, it opens up new ideas for further exploration of the microscopic mechanism of TCM treatment of liver cancer.
