摘要
建立了一种检测蓝湿革中碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸丁酯(IPBC)含量的方法。蓝湿革样品经脱水预处理后,采用超声波辅助乙腈萃取60 min,样液滤膜过滤后进行气相色谱-质谱测定。乙腈的萃取效果优于乙酸乙酯。方法回收率为88%~102%,相对标准偏差为5%~9%,检出限为12 mg/kg。采用建立的方法对22块羊蓝湿革样品进行测试,其中7块含有IPBC,含量为101~289 mg/kg。
A method was established for determining iodo-propynyl butylcarbamate(IPBC)in wet blue.The sample is first dehydrated and then eluted by ultrasound assisted acetonitrile extraction for 60 minutes.After filtration,the sample solution was detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Acetonitrile performs better re?sults than acetic ester for eluting IPBC.The recovery rate is between 88%and 102%,and the relative standard devia?tion(RSD)is at the range of 5%~9%.The detection limit is 12 mg/kg.A total of 22 pieces of goat wet-blues were tested and 7 pieces are found containing IPBC,with concentrations at the range of 101~289 mg/kg.
