摘要
目的探讨生物流体止血膜在股骨粗隆间骨折手术中的应用效果。方法选取自2018年2月至2019年2月北部战区总医院收治的60例股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与常规组,每组各30例。观察组术中髓腔及切口内给予生物流体止血膜100 ml,常规组术中髓腔及切口内给予生理盐水100 ml。比较两组患者术后24 h切口引流量、血红蛋白下降值,术前与术后3、5 d的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果观察组术后24 h切口引流量、血红蛋白下降值均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后3、5 d的IL-6及CRP表达水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论股骨粗隆间骨折手术给予生物流体止血膜止血效果良好,能有效降低机体炎症反应。
Objective To investigate the effect of biological fluid hemostatic membrane in the operation of intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 60 cases of patients with intertrochanteric fracture who were admitted from February 2018 to February 2019.Patients were divided into the observation group and the conventional group,with 30 cases in each group.In the observation group,100 ml biological fluid hemostatic membrane was given in the intramedullary cavity and incision,while in the conventional group,100 ml normal saline was given in the intramedullary cavity and incision.Patients in the two groups were compared with the volume of drainage through the incision 24 hours after surgery,the reduction of hemoglobin,and the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)before surgery and 3 and 5 days after surgery.Results The flow of drainage through the incision and the reduction of hemoglobin in the observation group 24 hours after the operation were lower than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The expression levels of IL-6 and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group 3 and 5 days after the operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Intertrochanteric fracture of femur is treated with biological fluid hemostatic membrane,which has a good hemostatic effect and can effectively reduce the body's inflammatory response.
