奥美拉唑联合康复新液治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of Omeprazole combined with New Fluid for Rehabilitation in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis

目的探讨奥美拉唑联合康复新液治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取北部战区空军医院自2018年1月至2019年1月收治的90例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为A组与B组,每组各45例。A组患者采用奥美拉唑治疗,B组患者采用奥美拉唑联合康复新液治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 B组患者上腹部隐痛、胀满、嗳气症状消失时间均短于A组,治疗后胃黏膜萎缩积分、肠上皮化生积分均低于A组,血清前列腺素E2(PGE2)、胃泌素(GAS)水平均高于A组,两组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未发生严重不良反应,顺利完成治疗。结论奥美拉唑联合康复新液治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,能够尽快缓解患者病症,安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Omeprazole combined with New Fluid for Rehabilitation on chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 90 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis who were admitted from January 2018 to January 2019.Patients were randomly divided into the Group A and Group B,with 45 cases in each group.Patients of Group A were treated with Omeprazole,the others of Group B were treated with Omeprazole combined with New Fluid for Rehabilitation.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The symptoms of upper abdominal dull pain,fullness,and belching disappeared in Group B were shorter than those in Group A,the gastric mucosa atrophy score and intestinal metaplasia score were lower than those in Group A after treatment,and the serum prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and gastrin(GAS)levels were higher than those in Group A,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups,and the treatment was successfully completed.Conclusion Omeprazole combined with new fluid for rehabilitation can relieve symptoms of chronic atrophic gastritis patients as soon as possible.It is safe and reliable.
