贺兰山地区佛教塔寺建筑艺术略论

Architectural art of Buddhist pagoda temple in Helan Mountain area

贺兰山地区佛教有广泛的传播与发展,但又存在着地域上的差异:东麓的宁夏地区主要是汉传佛教,西麓的内蒙古阿拉善地区主要流传藏传佛教。佛教塔寺是佛教文化的重要表现形式,贺兰山东西两麓佛教派别的差异导致了其建筑形式和艺术风格上的差异,本文对此进行了论述。

Buddhism in Helan Mountain area is widely spread and developed,but there are also regional differences:the eastern foot of Ningxia is mainly Han Buddhism,while the western foot of Alashan in Inner Mongolia is mainly Tibetan Buddhism.Buddhist pagoda temple is an important form of Buddhist culture.The differences between eastern and western Buddhism schools in Helan Mountain lead to the differences in architectural forms and artistic styles,which will be disscused in this paper.
