高抗性淀粉大米对代谢综合征患者异常指标改善的疗效观察 被引量:3

Therapeutic effect of high-resistance starch rice on the improvement of abnormal indexes in patients with metabolic syndrome

摘要 目的探讨高抗性淀粉大米对代谢综合征患者异常指标改善的效果。方法选择诊断为代谢综合征的职工80例作为研究对象,依据患者身份证号码末位单、双号的方法将全部患者分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),全部患者在干预期间保持原有药物治疗方案不变,对照组主食采用普通市售大米,观察组主食采用高抗性淀粉大米,对两组干预前后的三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、总胆固醇、空腹及餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血压、体重、体质指数、体脂百分比、腰围、臀围进行对比。对两组的干预满意度进行比较。结果经过干预后,两组患者的三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、总胆固醇、空腹及餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白均改善(t=2.196、2.158、-2.117、2.670、4.366、8.290、8.725、5.110、4.765、-4.197、5.463、12.307、12.359、13.304,P<0.05)。干预后的组间对比中,观察组的三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、总胆固醇、空腹及餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白数值均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白的数值高于对照组(t=3.037、3.117、-2.664、2.923、5.710、6.164、3.749,P<0.05)。经过干预后,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、体重、体质指数、体脂百分比、腰围、臀围均降低(t=2.995、2.501、2.998、2.003、2.145、2.206、2.055、6.378、4.906、4.530、4.453、3.504、7.825、5.517,P<0.05)。干预后的组间对比中,观察组的收缩压、舒张压、体重、体质指数、体脂百分比、腰围、臀围均低于对照组(t=3.263、2.149、2.274、2.726、2.078、4.961、3.249,P<0.05),对照组满意率为57.50%,观察组满意率为87.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.028,P<0.05),观察组干预满意度优于对照组(Z=-5.992,P<0.05)。结论使用高抗性淀粉大米干预代谢综合征患者,可以改善各类异常的血脂指标、血糖指标、血压指标与体成分指标,提升代谢综合征的治疗效果,值得进行深入研究。 Objective To investigate the effect of high-resistance starch rice on the improvement of abnormal indexes in patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods Eighty patients diagnosed with metabolic syndrome who were staff in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as subjects and divided into control group(n=40) and observation group(n=40) according to the last digit of ID number. All patients maintained the original drug treatment plan during the intervention period. The control group received ordinary commercial rice, and the observation group received high-resistance starch rice. Triacylglycerol, low-density lipoprotein, high-density lipoprotein, total cholesterol, fasting and postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood pressure, body weight, body mass index, body fat percentage, waist circumference, and hip circumference were compared before and after intervention. The intervention satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, triacylglycerol, low-density lipoprotein, high-density lipoprotein, total cholesterol, fasting and postprandial blood glucose, and glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05). After treatment, the values of triacylglycerol, low-density lipoprotein, total cholesterol, fasting and postprandial blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin and high-density lipoprotein in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, body weight, body mass index, body fat percentage, waist circumference and hip circumference of the both groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05). After intervention, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, body weight, body mass index, body fat percentage, waist circumference and hip circumference of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the control group was 57.50%, and the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 87.50%. The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=9.028, P<0.05). The intervention satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(Z=-5.992, P<0.05). Conclusion Using high-resistance starch rice to interfere with patients with metabolic syndrome can improve abnormal blood lipid indexes, blood glucose, blood pressure, and body composition;thus improve and the therapeutic effect.
