湛江地区各市售对虾、牡蛎中副溶血性弧菌污染调查及耐药性分析 被引量:1

Contamination and drug resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in prawns and oyster products in Zhanjiang markets

摘要 目的调查并分析湛江地区各市售对虾、牡蛎中副溶血性弧菌污染及耐药性,以了解当地主要水产品副溶血性弧菌污染及耐药情况,为疾病防控和临床合理用药提供有益数据。方法参照GB 4789.7-2013副溶血性弧菌检验法分离鉴定副溶血性弧菌,同时用Kirby-Bauer纸片扩散法测定其抗生素敏感性。结果108份对虾、牡蛎中共检出39份样品存在污染,检出率为36.11%,从中分离得到84株副溶血性弧菌。这些菌对18种抗生素显示出不同程度的耐药性,其中对土霉素和阿莫西林耐药率最高,分别为69.05%和53.57%;超过85%菌株对诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、恩诺沙星3种喹诺酮类抗生素敏感。结论湛江地区对虾、牡蛎副溶血性弧菌污染率较高,存在土霉素等耐药的情况。因此在防治过程中应避免使用土霉素等抗生素。 Objective To know the contamination status and drug resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in major aquatic products in Zhanjiang markets,the contamination rate and resistance to routine antibiotics of V.parahemolytics in prawns and oysters were investigated and analyzed,so as to provide useful data for the prevention and control of related disease and the rational use of medicines.Methods GB 4789.7-2013 and Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion method were used to isolate and identify V.parahaemolyticus.Results A total of 39 samples of 108 prawns and oysters were found to be contaminated with a detection rate of 36.11%,and 84 strains of V.parahaemolyticus isolated therefrom.These strains showed different degrees of resistance to 18 antibiotics,among which the antibiotics with the highest resistance rates were oxytetracycline and amoxicillin(69.05%and 53.57%)more than 85%strains were sensitive to the three quinolone antibiotics such as norfloxacin,ciproflox?acin and enrofloxacin.Conclusion The contamination rate of V.parahemolytics in prawns and oysters from Zhanjiang markets were high,and these V.parahaemolyticus were resistant to terramycin.Therefore,the use of antibiotics such as oxytetracycline should be avoided during the prevention and treatment process.
