摘要
目的了解杭州市某区星级酒店集中空调系统军团菌优势菌群和优势基因特征。初步建立军团菌PFGE分型数据库,为该地区军团菌分子流行病学调查提供重要依据。方法采用传统的血清分型结合PFGE聚类分析的方法,应用BioNumerics 6.0软件进行聚类分析。结果75株军团菌,血清分型结果嗜肺军团菌6种、非嗜肺军团菌3种,其中88%为嗜肺军团菌(66/75),以LPl型为主。来源为冷却水占85.33%(64/75),冷凝水仅占14.67%(11/75)。经聚类分析分为39种PFGE型,菌株间相似系数在29.9%-100.0%。每种带型包含1株~10株菌,存在13组带型一样的菌株,结论2008年-2017年从杭州市某区星级酒店集中空调系统分离的军团菌呈多态性分布,不同年份分离的军团菌存在同源性菌株。
Objective To understand the dominant flora and genetic characteristics of Legionella in the air conditioning system of star-rated hotels in Hangzhou,to preliminarily establish the PFGE classification database of Legionella,so as to provide basis for molecular epidemiology of Legionella in this region.Methods The traditional method of serotypes classification combined with PFGE clustering analysis and BioNumerics 6.0 were used for cluster analysis.Results The results of serotyping showed that 75 strains of Legionella were classified into 6 kinds of Legionella pneumophila and 3 kinds of non-Legionella pneumophila,88%of which were Legionella pneumophila(66/75),mainly LP1 type.The source of cooling water accounted for 85.33%(64/75),and the source of condensed water only accounted for 14.67%(11/75).After cluster analysis,it was divided into 39 PFGE types,and the similarity coefficient between the strains was within 29.9%-100.0%.Each band type contained 1-10 strains,and there were 13 strains of the same type.Conclusion From 2008 to 2017,the Legionella isolated from the central air conditioning system of star-rated hotels in Hangzhou showed polymorphism distribution,and there are homologous strains of Legionella bacteria separated in different years.
