高等级生物安全实验室三种关键消毒灭菌设备相关性能评价

Evaluation of three key facilities for disinfection and sterilization in high-level biosafety laboratory

目的评价高等级生物安全实验室3种关键消毒灭菌设备相关性能,为生物安全实验室安全性评价及相关标准的建立提供依据。方法通过灭菌效果指示物,对国内某三级生物安全实验室3个关键设备进行消毒灭菌性能验证与评价。结果高等级生物安全实验室内配备的压力蒸汽灭菌器,经化学指示物、生物指示物和B-D测试包等3项验证,全部合格。生物安全室内配备的污水处理系统,经嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌芽孢验证,符合安全排放要求。生物安全室内配备的汽化过氧化氢消毒器,经枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢菌片对消毒效果进行验证,亦达到合格要求。结论依据我国现有通用性标准规范,对高等级生物安全实验室关键消毒灭菌设备(压力蒸汽灭菌器、污水处理系统和汽化过氧化氢消毒器)性能进行验证,均达到规定的指标要求。

Objective To evaluate and analyze the three key facilities for disinfection and sterilization in high-level biosafety laboratory,so as to provide basis for the safety evaluation and standards construction of biosafety laboratory.Methods Sterilization and disinfection effect validations were used to evaluate the disinfection and sterilization performance of multiple facilities in some 3-level biosafety laboratory.Results According to the color changes of chemistry indicators、biology indicators and B-D test pack,the effect of pressuresteam sterilization was qualified.According to the color changes of spore biology indicators,the effect of sewage treatment system was qualified.According to the quantitation and qualitation cultivation,the effect of vapor disinfection facility was qualified.Conclusion According to and referencing to the general standard and normative,the experimental schedule is designed to carry out the evaluation of disinfection and sterilization effect of key facilities in high-level biosafety laboratory.But the direct、simple、rapid standard and normative are still deficient.
