广州市洁净手术室空气质量监测 被引量:7

Monitoring on air quality in clean operating room in Guangzhou

摘要 目的了解医院洁净手术室空气质量状况,为制定改进措施提供依据。方法采用仪器法和空气微生物采样法,对广州市部分医院洁净手术室空气质量进行监测与分析,并提出改进措施。结果共检测27间洁净手术室,在静态下沉降菌合格率为100.00%,浮游菌合格率为47.62%,空气洁净度合格率为61.90%。洁净手术室中心区浮游菌合格率高于周边区;洁净手术室浮游菌菌落数与尘埃粒子浓度均存在正相关(P<0.01)。动态下Ⅲ级洁净手术室的浮游菌平均菌落数均高于静态下者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论所监测的医院洁净手术室空气菌落数及洁净度的合格率偏低,动态条件下洁净手术室空气中浮游菌波动明显。 Objective To understand the air quality of hospital clean operating rooms and to provide evidence for the development of improvement measures.Methods The instrμment and air microbial sampling method were used to monitor and analyze the air quality of clean operating rooms in some hospitals in Guangzhou,and improvement measures were proposed.Results A total of 27 clean operating rooms were tested.The qualified rate of sedimentation bacteria under static conditions was 100.00%,while the qualified rate of planktonic bacteria was 47.62%,and the qualified rate of air cleanliness was 61.90%.The qualified rate of planktonic bacteria in the central area of the clean operating room was higher than that in the surrounding area;there was a positive correlation between the number of planktonic bacteria and the concentration of dust particles in the clean operating room(P<0.01).The average nμmber of planktonic bacteria in level III clean operating room under dynamic condition was higher than that under static condition,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The qualified rate of air bacteria nμmber and cleanliness in clean operating rooms of monitored hospital is low.Under the dynamic condition,the planktonic bacteria in the air of the clean operating room fluctuates significantly.
