一种新型清洗器对手术室复用清洁工具清洁消毒效果的研究

Study on the cleaning and disinfection effect of a new washer-disinfector on reused cleaning tools in operating room

目的研究某新型清洗器对手术室复用清洁工具清洁消毒效果,提高手术室环境清洁消毒质量。方法采用ATP生物荧光法,对某新型清洗器清洁手术室复用清洁工具的效果进行评价。结果新型清洗器(B组)清洗晾干后和清洗晾干后60 min的地巾和布巾检测的RLU值达到合格;而传统的全自动清洗机(A组)清洗后和清洗晾干后60 min的地巾和布巾检测的RLU值不合格。两组方法清洗后的检测结果之间差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论新型清洗器和清洗中心的建立显著提高了手术室地巾、布巾清洁质量,为手术室医院感染防控提供了环境卫生学保障。

Objective To study the cleaning and disinfection effect of a new washer-disinfector cleaner on reused cleaning tools in operating room,and to improve the quality of cleaning and disinfection in operating room.Methods ATP biofluorescence method was used to evaluate the effect of a new washer-disinfector on reused cleaning tools in operating room.Results The RLU values of floor towels and cloth towels after cleaning and drying and 60 min after cleaning and drying by the new cleaning device(Group B)were all qualified;while the RLU values of floor towels and cloth towels after cleaning and 60 min after cleaning and drying by the traditional automatic cleaning machine(Group B)were not qualified.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of methods after washing(P<0.01).Conclusion The establishment of new cleaners and cleaning centers significantly improves the cleaning quality of floor towels and cloth towels in operating room,and provides environmental hygiene protection for hospital infection prevention and control in operating room.
