羔羊胃提取物维生素B12胶囊辅助莫沙比利、泮托拉唑治疗反流性食管炎对患者血清Leptin及Ghrelin水平的影响

Effect of lamb stomach extract supplemented with Mosapride and Pantoprazole on serum levels of Leptin and Ghrelin in patients with reflux esophagitis

目的探索羔羊胃提取物辅助莫沙比利、泮托拉唑对反流性食管炎(reflux esophagitis,RE)患者血清瘦素(Leptin)及生长激素释放肽(Ghrelin)水平的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月在我院门诊住院治疗的RE患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对两组患者采取不同的给药处理,连续治疗6周后,对比相关指标变化。分析两组患者在治疗过程及治疗后不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组IL-17、血清Leptin与入组时相比均降低(P<0.05),且观察组水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组IL-4、血清Ghrelin与入组时相比均升高(P<0.05),且观察组水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用羔羊胃提取物辅助莫沙比利、泮托拉唑治疗RE患者可有效提高患者治疗有效率,安全性好,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of lamb stomach extract supplemented with Mosapride and Pantoprazole on serum levels of Leptin and Ghrelin in patients with reflux esophagitis(RE).Methods 120 patients with RE were selected from Jan.2016 to Jan.2018 in our hospital.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The two groups were treated with different drugs,the changes of relevant indexes were compared between two groups after 6 weeks of continuous treatment.The occurrence of adverse reactions in the course of treatment and after treatment were recorded and analyzed in two groups.Results The clinical symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effeative rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of IL-17 and Leptin were lower after treatment in the observation group and the control group(P<0.05),the levels of IL-17 and Leptin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of IL-4 and Ghrelin were higher after treatment in the observation group and control group(P<0.05),the levels of IL-4 and Ghrelin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of lamb gastric extract combined with Mosapride and Pantoprazole in the treatment of RE can effectively improve the effective rate of treatment,and is safe,which is worthy of wide clinical promotion.
