面向大规模定制的欧式古典柜类家具分类方法研究

Study on Classification Methods of Mass Customization-Oriented European Classical Cabinet Furniture

针对目前实木家具特别是欧式古典家具由于缺乏系统有效的模块分类而无法实施实木家具大规模定制生产的技术难点,以欧式古典柜类家具的模块化分类方法为切入点展开研究,基于成组技术,依据旁板、门板的通用性最大化原则,通过分析样本,提出了一种将欧式古典柜类家具按组合形式、旁板通用性、门造型、门上部与顶的造型、柜下部结构等方面进行分类的层次分类法,以实现将门、旁板作为最主要的通用模块与其他模块搭配组合。

Due to the lack of systematic and effective module classification, it is impossible for solid wood furniture, especially European classical furniture to implement the mass customization. The modular classification method of European classical cabinet furniture is used as the starting point for research, on the basis of group technology. According to the principle of maximizing the versatility of the side panels and door panels, by analyzing the samples, a level classification method from combining form, side panel versatility, door shapes, upper and top door shapes, cabinet lower structure, etc is proposed to be applied to European classical cabinet furniture. It is to use the door and the side panel as the main general module to combine with other modules.
