随着社会的进步,职业健康安全越发引起社会的重视,其中尘肺病是我国职业病的防治重点。为提高工人职业健康安全和企业粉尘治理水平,越来越多的家具企业加大了在职业健康安全和粉尘治理等方面的资金投入。随着环保设备市场增大,快速裂变出许多良莠不齐的环保设备企业,给家具企业造成了不可挽回的损失。笔者通过生产线设计的经验并结合环保设备企业的经验进行提炼总结,以期为家具企业在设备选购时提供理论依据,减少损失。

With the progress of society, occupational health and safety have increasingly attracted the attention of the society. Among them, pneumoconiosis is the focus of prevention and treatment of occupational diseases in China. In order to improve the occupational health and safety of workers and the level of corporate dust control, more and more furniture companies have increased their investment in occupational health and safety and dust control. With the increase of the environmental protection equipment market, many unqualified protection equipment enterprises have been rapidly cracked, causing irreparable losses to the furniture enterprises. The author, through the experience of production line design, combined with the experience of environmental protection equipment companies to refine and summarize, in order to provide a theoretical basis for furniture companies to purchase equipment and reduce losses.
