天津市半导体材料产业发展方向及对策研究

Research on Development Direction and Countermeasures of Semiconductor Materials Industry in Tianjin

半导体作为尖端技术和高附加值产业备受各国关注,已逐步发展成全球经济增长的支柱型产业。天津市半导体材料产业发展经历多年的技术积累和成果堆叠,已形成初具规模化、系统化、多元化的产业版图,但面临的“瓶颈”和挑战也不容忽视。通过梳理天津市半导体材料产业发展现状及存在问题,并结合实际情况提出产业发展方向,对于培育和发展天津市新材料领域代表性产业有一定意义。

As cutting-edge technology and high value-added industry,semiconductors have attracted the attention from various countries and gradually developed into a pillar industry for global economic growth.After years of technical accumulation and achievement stacking in the development of semiconductor materials industry in Tianjin,a large-scale,systematic and diversified industrial layout has been formed.However,the“bottlenecks”and challenges faced cannot be ignored.By sorting out the development status and existing problems of semiconductor materials industry in Tianjin,and combined with the actual situation,the development direction of this industry is put forward,which will be of great significance for cultivating and developing representative industries in the field of new materials in Tianjin.
