摘要
将半导体材料定义为广义半导体材料和狭义半导体材料2类,分别介绍了其各自范畴。提供了全球主要广义半导体材料厂商名录,分析了广义半导体材料在集成电路芯片制造中的占比情况及国产化率情况;对狭义半导体材料按材料组分、结晶状态、禁带宽度、光电子器件应用及微电子器件应用列举了常见的5种划分方法,并指出狭义半导体材料以代系划分仅限于微电子器件用,且其各有不同的应用领域,不完全是替代关系。
The semiconductor materials are defined as two types:the generalized semiconductor materials and the narrow sense semiconductor materials.The categories of the two types of semiconductor materials are introduced respectively.A list of the major manufacturers of the generalized semiconductor materials at home and abroad is given,and the proportion and localization rate of the generalized semiconductor materials in IC chip manufacturing are analyzed.Five kinds of classification methods of narrow sense semiconductor materials are listed according to material composition,crystalline state,bandgap width,application of optoelectronic devices and application of microelectronic devices.It is pointed out that the generation classification of narrow sense semiconductor materials is limited to the use of microelectronic devices,and they have their own different application fields,are not completely the substitution relationships.
