海上在生产油田伴生气液化系统工艺方案设计与分析 被引量:1

摘要 海上在生产油田在石油开采时,伴有大量的油田伴生气,如果将其直接燃烧排放,既造成能源浪费,又排放大量的温室气体污染环境,合理回收利用油田伴生气资源既是当前亟待解决的问题,也是未来能源长期持久发展的必然趋势。当前低温液化分离技术的发展,促进了海上在生产油田伴生气的低温分离与液化回收利用。针对渤海湾海上在生产油田伴生气气源条件,设计了一套10×10^4 Nm^3/d海上在生产油田伴生气回收液化系统。基于该系统,结合运用大型化工过程软件进行流程优化,同时给出了产品方案和能耗指标,为海上在生产油田伴生气低温液化系统的工程设计与操作运行提供了理论基础。 The production of oil in offshore production oilfields is accompanied by a large amount of associated gas.If directly burned,it will not only cause energy waste,but also emit a large amount of greenhouse gas to pollute the environment.Rational recovery and utilization of oilfield associated gas resources are an urgent problem and an inevitable trend of long-term and sustainable development of energy in the future.With the development of low-temperature liquefaction separation technology,the low-temperature separation and liquefaction recovery and utilization of offshore production oilfield associated gas are promoted. A recovery and liquefaction system of 10×10^4N m^3/d offshore production oilfield associated gas was designed based on the gas source condition of Bohai Bay.Based on the system,the process is optimized by the large chemical process software,and the product scheme and energy consumption index are given,which provides the theoretical basis for the engineering design and operation of the low-temperature liquefaction system for offshore production oilfield associated gas.
