Bleaching Performance of Nitric Acid Pulp of Rice Straw

采用一段漂和碱处理联合漂剂漂白的两种方法对稻草硝酸法浆进行漂白性能的研究,探讨了漂剂种类、漂白时间、漂剂浓度等因素对纸浆的白度、得率和卡伯值及其成纸后纸张的物理强度的影响。结果显示,采用一段漂在增加漂剂浓度或延长漂白时间的情况下漂后浆均未达到理想值,而经碱处理联合次氯酸钠漂白漂后浆白度由原浆纸的14.8%提升到77.5%,漂白效果良好。

The bleaching performance of nitric acid pulp of rice straw was studied by two methods of first stage bleaching and alkali treatment combined with bleaching agent. The effects of bleaching agent type, bleaching time, bleach concentration and other factors on the whiteness, yield and Kappa number of the pulp and the physical strength of the paper were discussed. The results showed that the brightness of the pulp did not reach the ideal value In the case of increasing the bleach concentration or prolonging the bleaching time,the brightness of the pulp was increased from 14.8% to 77.5% by alkali treatment combined with sodium hypochlorite bleaching, and the bleaching effect was good.
