摘要
学前教育是入学前的教育、学龄前的教育不是学校教育,因此园长就不是校长,幼儿园的教育就不能套用学校的评价指标,园长的专业标准也就不能套用校长的标准;但是,幼儿园作为一种教育机构,必然有教育目标和内容领域,这些教育目标包括健康、语言、社会、科学、艺术五大领域,要通过游戏和课程实现,评价幼儿园教育效果的标准是儿童身心发展标准。
The preschool education is not school education.Therefore,the head of kindergarten is not the principal.The kindergarten education cannot apply the school’s evaluation indicators,and the professional standards of the kindergarten director cannot apply the principal’s standards.However,as an educational institution,the kindergarten must have educational objectives and content areas.These educational objectives include:health,language,society,science and art which should be realized through games and courses.The standard of evaluating the effect of kindergarten education is the standard of children’s physical and mental development.
