电子信息材料与器件课程的教学改革探索

本文针对《电子信息材料与器件》课程中存在的问题,总结教学改革方法,包括对教学内容的优化,丰富教学形式以及将教学和科研相结合。通过改革,提高学生的学习兴趣,将课程建立成适用于本专业研究生的特色课程,为学生之后的科研工作奠定很好的基础。

In this study,the teaching reform scheme is proposed aiming to solve the problems in the course electronic materials and devices,including optimizing the teaching content,enriching teaching form and combining the teaching and research.Through the reforming,we hope the students’interests will be improved meanwhile,the course will be built as a feature graduate course and lay a good foundation for students’research work.
