Sharing Development——Experience and Enlightenment of Rural Operation Mode

关注共享发展时代背景下的乡村运营模式,探索其在运营中需要注意的关键要素。本文从论述乡村面临城乡差距越来越大的挑战开始,阐述了共享发展下乡村发展的新的特征,探究共享发展在乡村运营中的重要作用。以日本乡村驿站建设和海南"共享农庄"建设为例,总结了乡村运营模式的特点和经验,反思了其在运营建设中的问题。以此为基础,得到了我国在乡村运营与建设中政策落地、政府管理与规划、乡村品牌、资源利用等多方面的启示。进而为乡村的可持续发展提供思路。

The article focuses on the rural operation model in the context of sharing development and explores’key elements that need to be addressed in its operations.Starting from the discussion of the challenges facing in the rural areas,the gap between urban and rural areas is increasing.The new characteristics of rural development under sharing development are expounded,and the important role of sharing development in rural operations is explored.Taking the construction of the Japanese village station and the construction of the"sharing farm"in Hainan province as examples,this paper summarizes the characteristics and experience of the rural operation mode and reflects on its problems in operation and construction.Based on this,it has gained enlightenment from China’s policy implementation,government management and planning,rural brand and resource utilization in rural operation and construction.It provides ideas for the sustainable development of the village.
