With the intensification of supply chain globalization,correlation and lean,the frequent occurrence of emergencies and their serious consequences,supply chain interruption has become the number one risk faced by enterprises,and the research on supply chain interruption has become increasingly in-depth.This paper expounds the concept and causes of supply chain interruption risk,sorts out the impact of supply chain interruption,proposes measures to deal with supply chain interruption risk in practice,summarizes the management system of supply chain interruption risk.This paper enriches the theory of supply chain interruption risk and provides reference suggestions for enterprise management practice.
