摘要
纳米CSH晶种与水泥贡献强度的CSH凝胶具有相似结构,能起到晶种效果,加快水泥CSH凝胶形成,从而加快水泥水化和强度发展。同时,不改变水泥凝胶结构,不会导致混凝土后期强度降低。滑模施工技术是目前混凝土工程结构高效率广泛应用的快速机械施工方式,其要求模板内下层混凝土具有快速的强度发展。因此,本文将纳米晶种应用于双江口水电站滑模施工混凝土中,在夜间低温5℃条件下加快混凝土强度发展速度,同时不降低混凝土后期强度,5℃加入晶种1d强度是未加的318%,同时加入晶种混凝土28 d强度与未加晶种混凝土没有明显区别。满足了现场施工和设计要求。
