高强环保预应力锚垫板的有限元分析

摘要 为了解决铸造一体式锚垫板存在的缺陷,在原有国际锚固体系设计经验的基础上,设计出新型高强环保预应力锚垫板结构模型。采用有限单元法进行数值模拟,结果表明该新型锚垫板不仅能够满足国际标准要求,而且验证了有限元分析结果的可靠性。裨益对后续的锚垫板优化设计提供参考。 This paper designs a new type of high-strength environmental prestressed anchor bearing plate structure model is to solve the casting one-piece anchor bearing plate defects based on the original design experience of international anchorage system.The numerical simulation using the finite element method shows that the new anchor bearing plate can not only meet the requirements of international standards,but also verify the reliability of the finite element analysis results.The benefit will provide a reference for the further optimization design of the anchor bearing plate.
