浅谈如何加强勘察设计企业员工的思想政治教育

随着改革的不断深入,建筑勘察设计行业领域的竞争越来越激烈,市场扩大伴随的是企业规模的扩大,从业人员的数量增加及年龄、素质水平等分层,从而员工思想也逐步趋于多元化。作为企业思想政治工作,要切实与企业生产经营实际有机结合起来,推动企业改革和持续健康发展,就必须不断改进员工思想政治工作的方式方法和内容。不忘初心,牢记使命,与时俱进,不断创新。本文结合笔者所在的勘察设计企业就如何加强企业员工思想政治教育工作,浅谈几点体会。
